SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

At WSRA, we strive to ship your order within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Despite our best efforts, inventory, shipping and other matters beyond our control can hold up an order. With that said, any statements regarding average shipping times should not to be considered as a guarantee that a product will ship on a specific day.
 

Please note, some product(s) are shipped directly from vendor and we are beholden to their lead times and processes. 


Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Tracking number(s) will be sent via email as soon as the product(s) have shipped.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or any military or diplomatic addresses (APO / FDO / DPO). In addition, our shipping partners may not deliver on weekends.

Due to the nationwide COVID-19 crisis, shipping carriers may take longer than usual.

Warranty Policy

WSRA limited warranty is for 12 months after shipment. This only applies to WSRA branded products and we do not take responsibility for our vendors products. Please conform to their warranty policy.

Return Policy

If your WSRA Goods purchased from our website do not perform to your specifications (subject to normal wear and tear), you can return within 14 days on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, takes possession of the product delivered. Goods must include complete accessories and hardware for a refund.

 

The customer must carry the expenses of the return if the delivered Goods correspond to the Goods ordered. If you return Goods by reason of a defect within the warranty period or by reason of a shipping error, WSRA takes over the shipping costs. Please note, WSRA can only take over the expenses for standard shipping. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is damaged, we cannot accept the returned item(s) and cannot give a refund.

Please note, this return policy only applies to WSRA branded or shipped products and does not apply to other vendors in our marketplace. We comply to our vendors return policies. With that said, please refer to their store return policy for more info.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or customized. 

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Final Sale Goods or promotional Gifts

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation or return, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. Goods purchased and returned with the included payment method of Points will be reimbursed in Points or store credit. 

Furthermore, if your return is approved, we are beholden to your payment method or bank on return processing times.
